Costs and Limitations:

Users pay either an annual or monthly fee to purchase this certified product-version. Annual or monthly fee is based on number of provider seats. No additional costs are incurred by users to implement or use any features within the scope of the product’s certification, with the exception of the following: in instances that require complex customer implementations and/or setup of interfaces, this certified product-version may require a one-time cost and/or ongoing monthly costs to complete system configuration and implementation requirements and/or establish and maintain interfaces for diagnostic facilities. These one-time and/or ongoing monthly costs are based on the following factors: complexity of setup and maintenance, complexity of implementation requirements, timeline to complete the implementation and interface setup, and amount of development and/or other additional resources required. This certified product-version requires users to exchange transitions of care summaries within the Blue Button trust network.

API usage requires a Developer Platform subscription with Elation, which includes access to the API endpoints outlined in our API documentation and subject to our publicly posted rate limits.

Elation EMR Version 3.0 is certified to 170.315 (g)(10) for Standards Update  HL7 FHIR US Core Implementation Guide Version 4.0.0. This update intends to extend the implementation of USCDI version 1.
