Can I add an attachment to a message patient passport message?

Yes, you can add an attachment to a new passport message. (Please note that attachments can only be added to new messages and not replies.) To add an attachment:

  1. Start a new message by clicking the button at the bottom of the screen that says “New Message”
  2. Complete the “Subject” and “Message” fields
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Add attachment” button (which is on the right-hand side of the “Send” button) and select the relevant attachment.
  4. Click “Send”.
