How do I send a new message to the office?

1. To start a new message, click or tap the button at the bottom of the screen that says “New Message”: If you do not see this button, your provider has not enabled messaging on your account.

2. On the message screen that pops up, select the subject of your message:

3. Write your message in “Message” field, then when you’re finished, click or tap  

4. Your sent message will immediately appear at the top of the Timeline:
