Tuesday Tips: Use last documented PE / ROS templates

To help you chart faster for patients you see often, we provide you the option to select “Last Documented PE” or “Last Documented ROS” in the PE and ROS sections of your notes. This will pre-populate the PE and ROS sections with info you documented in the patient’s last visit note.
You can access this functionality by clicking on the PE or ROS section of a note and selecting the option “Last Documented PE” or “Last Documented ROS”.
