Merge reports that have already been filed into a patient’s chart, no need to send documents back into your Elation Fax Inbox: Go to the report you want to merge, click “More Actions” at the bottom and select “Merge into Another Report”. If you receive an addendum to a document via fax later on, you can use this functionality to merge the new addendum into the existing document filed into a patient’s chart!
