Dear Elation Community,

In two weeks, we’ll be updating the look and feel of the Chronological Record in Elation, but you don’t have to wait, you can preview them now! The changes are all about making it easier for you to scan and process the information on the page, as well as take action on items in your chart. For example, the new look features:

• Design & layout consistency of all documents in the chart
• New, colored icons
• An easier way to search for specific types of documents in your chart
• Increased font size for document titles
• Read more about all that we’ve improved in the new look…

We hope that this preview will give you an opportunity to ease into the change on your own schedule. If you’re a provider, you can turn on the new look just for yourself or for your entire practice.

To turn the new look of the chart on or off for your practice…

• Go to Settings > Staff & Display Settings (under “Practice Settings”)
• Change the toggle to “Yes” under “New Chart Look and Feel”

To turn the new look of the chart on or off for yourself (if you’re a provider)…

• Go to Settings > Preferences (under “User Settings”)
• Change the toggle to “Yes” under “New Chart Look and Feel”
