A modern, dynamic documentation experience designed for flexibility and clinical depth. Elation Note brings together Note Assist, which drafts encounter notes using ambient AI, and Actions, which automates routine follow-up tasks—all inside a canvas that adapts to each clinician’s style. The result is more efficient documentation without sacrificing nuance or control.
Clinical Insights
This feature surfaces essential patient information—conditions, labs, medications, and more—in a clear, contextual summary. By minimizing the mental effort required to search and synthesize chart data, Clinical Insights helps clinicians make faster, more informed decisions at the point of care.
Wordsmith
A generative AI assistant that helps draft post-visit communications like referral letters, care coordination notes, and patient messages. With customizable tone and formatting preferences, Wordsmith helps clinicians communicate clearly and efficiently—without starting from scratch every time.
AI-Enhanced Clinical Forms
Paper intake forms can now be scanned and instantly transformed into digital, structured experiences. These forms adapt to each patient’s needs, simplify data collection, and reduce duplicative work—freeing both clinicians and staff to focus on meaningful patient interactions.
